Corporate flight attendants will want to read Jean Dible’s most recent contribution to the Corporate Flight Attendant Community website, an article titled, “Maricos el Veneno (Poison From The Sea). In Jean’s latest article she discusses the dangers of consuming fresh seafood, while offering sage advice on where to purchase it, how to cook it, and the seafoods that she says should always be avoided. This is the third submission by Jean for her ongoing Your Food Safety Connection column.

Jean is the President and Founder of the GA Food Safety Professionals, a group dedicated to educating people on food safety matters.
